How Usage Works

What Counts as a Conversation

Each visitor session — from first message to close — counts as 1 conversation. Both text and voice sessions count toward your monthly limit.

Voice & Phone Sessions

Each voice or phone session counts as 1 conversation regardless of duration. A 30-second exchange and a 15-minute call both count the same.

Monthly Reset

Your usage resets on your billing date each month. Unused conversations do not roll over to the next cycle.

Overage Transparency

You receive email notifications at 80% and 100% usage. Overage is billed at the end of your billing cycle. A hard cap is available on request.
